During this seminar at the Stephentown Memorial Library, delve into question that Socrates was curious about and that live on with the ages. What makes a law a good law? What is the role of government? What does it take to be a valued member of a group? Each question elicits more questions. 

The seminar will be limited to twelve and led by Paul Raider, a practitioner of Socratic Seminars for over thirty years. Each dialogue will be based on a text provided by Paul. Stop by the library to pick up materials for the first meeting.
